Yes you heard that right. This is an actual four bedroom house in the lovely N19 of London with three whole double bedrooms available to rent!
High ceilings, large windows, and spacious rooms throughout. Whether its nights in on the sofa, dinner with some friends, proper parties, and anything in between, the large living room, kitchen, and garden can handle it. We also have a small balcony with plants!
Bedrooms are all double beds and big enough for a desk, work from home setup, and more!
It is a beautiful space and we lease direct with the landlord who is very reasonable; issues are fixed quickly and we are free to make it our home. A rarity in the London rental market these days.
I have been here for two years, and have my three current housemates moving out to live with their respective partners. As such I am preparing to renew the lease with our landlord with a new team. This is where you come in.
All genders/sexualities/identities welcome! One spends a lot of time in their home. While there would be no obligation, I would hope the assembled group grows to become friends and enjoys sharing the space and time together.
Testimonials-
"I literally talk to people all the time about how amazing that house is" - Izzy
"I didn't know you could actually rent a place like this in London" - Kate
Transport -
Northern, Picadilly, Victoria, and Suffragette lines are a short walk away at Archway, Finsbury Park, and Upper Holloway tube stations. Camden, Kings X, Highbury & Islington, Stoke Newington, and Hampstead are trivial access via cycle. The area is very well served by buses running up Holloway Rd, Hornsey Rd, and Seven Sisters Rd. One may purchase an on-street parking permit from Islington council so keeping a car is not so difficult either.
FAQs-
* Bills for the past two years have averaged £110 per person per month. Bills are not included in rent and we shall organise and split them equally ourselves. Our council tax is band F.
* The house is "unfurnished" from the landlord but is nearly completely furnished by myself already. Rooms come with a bed frame from the landlord, and maybe my housemates will be happy to leave/sell on more furniture and mattresses as well.
* Move in date is 4th Oct but there is some flexibility here as some people move out earlier. We can discuss:)
* The landlord needs our names and contact details to begin the referencing process on 28th August, so this is our deadline!
