Hey guys/girls :)

I am going travelling for three months so I’m open to renting out my room while im away to the right person.

Required
- Someone clean, quiet and friendly
- Only needs the room for 4-11 weeks
- Korean would be preferable as current other flatmate is Korean speaking but definitely not mandatory, open to anyone & everyone!

Our home is somewhere to relax and destress after a long day, unfortunately this wouldn’t be somewhere to bring friends and have dinner parties and socialise as it would infringe on my currently flat mate who prefers peace and quiet.

Room will naturally have all my things in but I will clear one side of my double wardrobe for your use, I will also provide new bedsheets for you.

Kitchen fully equipped with oven, washing machine, microwave and utensils. Walk in shower wet room style bathroom must be conscious about keep mutual areas clean, tidy and dry! (we’re a semi ocd household).

Im flexible on weeks stayed, anywhere between 4 and 11 weeks is fine, I will likely need the room vacated by Feb 21st.
