subletting my room as i will be away for 3 weeks [August 3- 25]

the room is a decent size and on the very top floor, so you get more privacy

the house itself is massive with a big living room which includes a 65 inch tv and a piano, a big kitchen with an island, and a backyard with seating

2 bathrooms and 1 shower- we have a jaccuzi which actually works!

we have a cleaner come for the common areas every two weeks which is included in the rent

the people in the house are very friendly and we do a lot of activities together, the most important thing is that you get along with the rest of the house and have a similar vibe!

due to landlord restrictions, unfortunately i can’t sublet to couples
