We're looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our charming, spacious Victorian house on a quiet tree-lined street.
Room is £863 pcm (excluding bills). Available from 6 March (with some flex available). Contract is fixed until Sept 2026 with the option to extend. The room comes part-furnished.
Our house has an eat-in kitchen, a large living room, a recently refurbished main bathroom, and a beautiful garden (great for fires/BBQs). We live on a quiet leafy street, 7 min walk from Archway tube.
There are great local amenities - wine shop, corner shop, cafe, and bakery (Tarn) all a short walk away. The house is also a short walk to lovely green spaces - Parkland Walk/Waterlow Park/Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath.
You'd be living with Eleanor, Beth, and Jamie - we're all working professionals who genuinely enjoy cooking together, looking after the garden, and exploring our excellent local pubs.
We'd love to hear from someone who values a sociable home environment and fancies becoming part of our corner of North London.
