Couple friendly, sociable and easy going flat share in Archway available immediately. I'm regrettably moving out of my flat due to a career change so looking for someone to take my room.

The flat is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from Archway tube. It's a spacious, double room suitable for a couple, with a desk for working from home.

You'd be living with 3 young professional guys, they are easy going, social and friendly, have their own social lives but still socialise together (hosting film screenings, cooking together, going out/for dinner, trips, cinema, galleries, theatre and gatherings at friends houses). They maintain a close circle of friends in North London and would very much welcome a new addition to the group!

The house would suit a clean and tidy professional or mature student, who is easy going and keen to live somewhere calm, quiet and cosy where they can come home to some friendly faces they can get to know, hang out and socialise with if they would like to - no pressure!

Archway Tube Station (Zone 2 - Northern line) is <5mins walk away, with excellent bus links all within 5mins walk and Upper Holloway Overground Station is 10mins walk away.

Waterlow Park is 5mins walk away, Highgate Cemetery and Hampstead Heath are 10mins walk.

The draw of this particular part of the city is that it is exceptionally close to Central London (20mins to Oxford Circus via tube) but offers a calm retreat amidst the madness of city life. The surrounding leafy areas of Highgate, Hampstead and Crouch End, are home to some of the best pubs, cafe's and restaurants in the city, with fringe theatres, local businesses, contemporary art galleries, great book shops, charity shops and farmer's markets all around us.

Current Residents: 3 professional, English speaking British males in their mid-twenties. One works in education, the other in project management, and the third in PR.

The Room/Bills: This is a double room with its own entrance on a floor with one other person, fully-furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and table/desk for £812.50 per month. Bills (gas, electricity, wifi, water), Council Tax (Band D), will come to approx £100 per person a month. Deposit is £812.50 + 1 months rent upfront.
