This is a great 3 bed London apartment, ideal for students or professionals. Quiet, peaceful, stylish, with zone 2 tube, Tufnell Park, and buses 134 & 390 at the doorstep. Journey time to Kings Cross is 15 mins. There is an array of good eateries and cafes close by, including a bakery, butchers, fish monger, and fresh fruit & veg store. There is also the standard grocery store, Sainsburys, open till late, and a M&S, Co-Op, Iceland and Aldi not too far, in Archway.

The apartment has underfloor heating, is clean, tidy, and comfortable.

All residents benefit from a private bicycle storage room on the ground floor. There is a lift in the building. The apartment is on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. Everything you may need to cook is available. The lounge has a 55" Ultra HD Smart TV.

The interior of the building receives minimal mobile network signal but wifi is great.

Bedroom 1 - available 22/05/2024, is a spacious room with a single bed which has a tatami base and a thick futon mattress. There are two large under-bed drawers. There is a desk, open wardrobe, plus a large coffee table with two deep drawers and a full-length mirror. The room has a large window, with a black-out blind, that overlooks a balcony onto the main street. There is minimal noise from the street. This room has a shared bathroom (washbasin, toilet, tub, shower)

Bedroom 2 - available 01/05/2024. This is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, medium-firm mattress, and a canopy (this can be removed). The bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom (washbasin, toilet, shower), an open wardrobe, desk, and a suite of drawers, two full-length mirrors. This room also opens onto a large rear balcony.

Both rooms, along with the rest of the apartment, are very much worth viewing.

Both bedrooms have good feather quilts suited to all weather, and feather pillows.
Washed bed linen and bath towels provided every 3 weeks.
Pedestal fans provided for warmer weather.
There is a spare hairdryer for everyone to borrow.
Well-stocked with toilet paper.
There are air drying racks for clothes that can be used in the bedrooms or out on the balconies.

Expect to be relaxed and at-home but also expect to extend courtesy and consideration with regard to cleaning and tidying.

The building is entirely run on electricity. The recent extortionate increase in energy costs have been factored into the rent.

I am in the planning stage of setting up a business so tend to be home these days, working on my laptop in my bedroom mostly but sometimes in the kitchen-lounge. I am easy going and have a naturally tidy approach to living. I cycle everywhere, do not drink alcohol, and would like the flat to remain bacon-free. I am also mum to a teenager who comes and goes.
