We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.
It's not a party house as we wake up early in the morning but sociable people as we do dinners together sometimes :).
Rent is £565 plus bills. Bills are around £100 in summer and £150 in winter. They includes internet, council taxes, gas, water and electricity. The house has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, large living room and a big room for storage.
Only 10 min walk from Archway station. Close to Crouch End Hill and Highgate.
