One nice big room for rent. Inside a small freezer, a small microwave provided. Kitchen sheared but no freeze share. Only the cooker, microwave, and sink can be shared. Two toilets share. one bathroom and two toilet are shared. There is WiFi, but inside the room, there is a signaling issue since room in basement, happy to use booster router. Rent is paid every 1st of the month. No party. No loud music and no heavy drinking. Smoking is only allowed outside. Just giving one month's notice when leaving. Sort time rent allowed. Living with a Muslim family, but welcome any religious beliefs or non-beliefs.

Any Couples welcome, but rent will be increasing to £200.
