Hi All!

I’m moving out of the flat as I am moving closer to my area of work and need someone to take over my tenancy. Contract will be until Oct ‘24.

The room is small but a clean, cosy space that you can make your own! It has recently had a lick of paint and new furnishings. The flat is in a really good residential, Zone 2 area, quiet streets and a 10-minute walk to the Northern line.

Tesco, Lidl and coop are all close by.

Current flatmates are clean and respectful of communal areas. Everyone is friendly but we tend to keep to ourselves. Bathroom and kitchen are communal.

Flat is on the third floor and there is no lift in building (good for some cardio :)
