Hey!
We are looking for a new fun and outgoing housemates to join our lovely home.
First, the larger room will be available from July 21st for a long term let and the smaller will available from 6th August till the 20th of September.
The larger room is ground floor at the front of the house. It has big windows and a lovely feature fireplace. It's airy and bright, got plenty of space for a big double bed and a wfh desk (willing to sell the one that's in there) if this is something you need. There's a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers that will come with the room.

The smaller room is cosy, on the first floor and right next to the bathroom. It has a large window over-looking the garden. It is petite but I just spent most of my time in the living room or garden so it served me well. The rent for that period will come to £702+ bills.

The house is a beautiful two-level structure with loads of space and natural light, on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes’ walk from Archway tube station. A nice garden with gas BBQ and plenty of greenery which Tom is head gardener for. We have a gigantic living room which we often host in or hang out together watching TV or playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped, we love cooking for each other and spending time in the garden with friends.
Bills come in at around £120 a month.
And finally, and hopefully most importantly, something about us. We are looking for someone to come in and treat this as a fun family home along with the rest of us. We are all social creatures and love spending time with one another and our wider friends
In the house we have a Physic teacher/law student, a lab manager and a nanny/theatre maker/ FoH-er (the latter will be moving out in August so don't get too attached ;)). We are all super laid back, fun loving people who have no problem bursting into spontaneous dancing sessions in the morning in the kitchen or finding parties and nights to go to together. We love cooking for each other, watching films, putting the world to rights, going out or staying in for drinks or taking walks in the great nearby parks/ Hampstead Heath.
Who doesn't love a list, here is a list of things we like to do:
Listen to music (all genres), dance to music, sing obnoxiously loudly, lots of music basically! Art, drawing, painting, gardening, growing plants and veg, cooking, swimming, yoga, gym, theatre, cinema, raiding charity shops, hiking, camping, festivals, raves, reading, turning our living room into a disco.
We are very respectful of each other; the house is big enough for us to spread out when we feel like it and cosy enough to enjoy together when we want. We have the occasional party but generally the house is quiet and relaxed. It is important for us to find someone who wants to come and be part of things, not just hiding in their room, we will certainly be making the effort help you settle in and enjoy London with us.
