The room is large by London standards (5m x 3.6m). And has large windows that get a lot of light. So it feels bright and airy.

The sofa is over 2 meters long and folds out into a double bed. The desk is suitable for working from home. The bed is kingsize. And the wardrobes are floor to ceiling, 50cm deep, and 3.6 meters wide, so plenty of storage.

The house itself is also massive. It has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a basement, and a spacious paved garden. This much living space is a rare treat in London.

We're looking for someone sociable, kind, and easygoing as we like the household to feel like a home rather than an Airbnb :)

This is a leafy, quiet, and safe part of London. It's only a 10 minute walk east to Crouch End and a 15 minute walk to Archway. Both areas have great restaurants, bars, and transport links.

The bills are £150 per person, and this covers everything. Including a cleaner who cleans the communal space once a week, or once every 2 weeks. And household essentials like cleaning supplies, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll etc etc
