Two small double rooms available in a three bed house share just 5 mins walk from Archway tube station.

Both rooms will have a double bed and a wardrobe but the exact furniture will vary from the photo's once the other tenants move out.

The house is situated is on a cute little mews just off Holloway Road. It is conveniently located very near to the tube & overground as well as shops, restaurants, great local pubs and beautiful parks.

It’s an upside-down house with three bedrooms on the ground floor along with the bathroom, then on the first floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining, living room and an outside terrace. The place comes complete with two friendly indoor cats (Loki & and Luna) so cat lovers are a must!! I'm Emma who will be staying on in the house, a self employed Interior Designer, other professionals prefered but students considered. No smoking inside but on the terrace it fine.

Both rooms are available from mid May, the main tenancy agreement ends on December 31st 2026 and may be extended but that will be up for discussion closer to the time.
