Hi,

I’m Andy, I’m 41 and I own the house. I work in Paris and spend most of my time there, so the house will basically be yours and the other tenant. The house is located on a nice quiet street in urmston/flixton, with shops and a pub not too far away.

There is off street parking and a reasonably sized back garden.

There are three bed rooms in the house, I have the small one, and I rent the other room to a lovely 28 year old male.

I’m currently updating the house a bit hence there is limited furniture in the photos.
