Lovely Double bedroom in a modern new build 2 bed house sharing with myself live in landlord (Jen) and my little dog gizmo (who is blind) so ideally someone that likes dogs and is considerate of him being him being sensitive and startled by loud noises.
Ideally looking for someone for monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday only. Rent is £550 inc bills for mon-fri (5 nights) negotiable if fewer nights needed.

The house was built in August 2021 so everything is still fairly fresh and new.
It’s in a great location, with fantastic transport links. It’s short 10 min walk to parkway train station and only a 5 min walk to the bus stop with regular metro bus into the city centre. Which takes approx 15 mins.
The mall and cribs causeway are nearby about a 10 min drive. It’s also very close to the MOD, UWE university, airbus and rolls Royce.
The nearest supermarkets are sainsburys and Lidl only a 10 min walk from the house.
The room itself has a built in wardrobe with hanging space, a large chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is also a TV in the bedroom with freeview.
There is a shared living space with dining table, sofa and TV with sky.
There is also a small garden to the back of the property.
I’m a veterinary nurse working fairly long hours, so I’m looking for a fellow professional that wont disturb me getting in late mid week.
Generally I go to the gym most nights after work, then relax watching tv in the evenings. Maybe one night a week I will go out for dinner with friends.
