Hi, I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy in a 5 bedroom student/professional house, with 2 bathrooms (one being an en suite). There are places to park outside if you have a car. Chest of drawers and hanger in wardrobe behind door.
Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
The house is a 20 minute walk to UWE Frenchay Campus and 5 minute walk to m-bus Begbrook stop which is one stop away from city centre. There are 4 boys living there currently.
Rent is £650 a month, bills not included but are roughly £50 a month.
