Hi all,

I will be working away for June and July this summer and wanted to offer my room!

It’s a small but perfectly formed room, I will remove all my belongings and just leave the furniture for you. There’s plenty of storage. The house also has a good sized kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bathroom and (slightly messy at the moment) garden.

Finding a good fit for the house is very important, Hannah will still be in the house over the summer and working. She’s a secondary school teacher with a stressful job and so it’s important to find someone else who also needs a calm clean home to come home to after work! Female preferred and ideally aged 27+

The price includes the rent price as well as all of the bills.

Great location for anyone working at Southmead or doing research placements etc over the summer at either of the universities.

The room will be available from 1st June until end of July. I will be back in August, but happy to negotiate if you need a few extra days etc!
