We are looking for someone to sublet in our beautiful home. Rent is £600 per month, all bills included.
Our home is perched in the lush greenery surrounding Eastville park, close to the Frome River valley and backing out onto dreamy woodland. 5 min cycle to The Star, independent grocery store and shops, 10 mins to St Werburghs!

We are Karenza, Mysko and Patrick ( all 36/37 Mysko is the landlord) we are looking for a housemate that values open communication and is down to earth. There is an opportunity to live more communally with shared meals etc although no pressure with that and people do tend to do there own thing more in the summer. We’ve also just recently set up a cheeky lil cinema room, which is pretty cool.
A little about us:

Mysko - I’m tryna work towards a full, intentional life, one where I’m present, connected, and genuinely invested in what I’m doing. Music is my biggest love and I currently work as a producer and in mental health, working from home a few days a week. I also enjoy cycle packing, cooking (lotsa curry), good films/books/ponderings, meditation and hanging with friends n havin a larf.

Patrick — I’d describe myself as a chilled daydreamer, I work for a small retrofit company, mostly out of the house with the odd day at home. I love being on/in water, up trees, flying down mountains. I’m on the quieter end of the spectrum but enjoy all energies with the right people. Music is my dearest thing. I’ve got decks I occasionally spin but am conscious of noise and what’s going on in the house.

Karenza - I'm a sensitive yet energetic soul that loves all things creative, I enjoy yoga, dancing, singing, cooking, climbing and live for fresh mountain air and a swim in an alpine lake! Social justice is really important to me as is living in a conscious connected way. I currently work in schools but am working on being self employed within movement, community and retreat spaces.
