It is a large furnished double room.
The rent is £650 pcm excluding bills.
Bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Internet) are additional and shared equally by the tenants.
Council tax is payable on top of the rent and is currently £65 per room per month. Even if you are a student, council tax is payable as the house is a 'professional house' and therefore council tax is applicable.
To balance the house, we are looking for a professional or post-grad preferred between the ages of 22 and 35.
A deposit of 1 month is required.
