The house is in a fantastic location with the beautiful Oldbury Court park at one end & a short stroll to vibrant Fishponds-with it's many cafes, local shops, pubs, supermarkets-at the other end..

Close to UWE Glenside campus, with excellent bus & bike routes to the UWE Frenchay campus & also into the city centre.

A little about ourselves, we’ve had lodgers for over 15 years, so the space works really well for this purpose. The majority of our lodgers have been lovely mature female students.

We’re a very friendly, laid back couple, with two sons (18 & 20 yrs old) & a sweet little Jug dog. We love food, wine, travel, films, the great outdoors…

Some lodgers have become like “one of the family,” others have kept to themselves-either way we’re happy. If this living arrangement is something that would appeal, it would be great to hear from you.
