Hello there, we are a group of 3 people (one couple and a friend of us) and we are looking for one girl to rent one room in our house. It's a double furnished room.
The house is located in Filton, close to bus stop and shops, 4 bedroom house with garden.
We are looking for a clean, respectful girl who is willing to maintain the order in the house and pay bills and rent on time. (We rent property as whole).
No party people.
The property is rent through agency and we expect rent and bills in total will be £500-£550.
