Lovely large double furnished room available for a female in large family home in Frenchay. We are very close to UWE and the house would suit a master’s or PhD student. It’s a quiet house with 2 children who are 9 and 6.

We have excellent transport links and are very close to M4, M5 and M32 as well as the ring road. We live close to large local employers such as UWE, MOD and Bristol aerospace all of which are within cycling distance. Frenchay is serviced by local buses into central Bristol and our house is a short walk from the metro bus stops for extra fast travel into town. We have a small local shop for basic items and larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

Rent includes all bills. The room has a desk, clothes hanging space and double bed. The room would suit a professional. The rooms comes with a shared bathroom and use of kitchen/ diner and lounge. Our house has a large driveway and could accommodate a car, we also have a balcony and a large garden space.

We have 2 children and a cat, our bedrooms are on a different floor to this room in order to maximise privacy.
