I am looking for a lodger to join me in my spacious one bathroom open plan 1st floor flat. The room is currently unfurnished however for the right person I am happy to furnish the room if needed. All bills are included (council tax, electricity, water and WiFi). Kitchen white goods are tall fridge-freezer, washer-dryer combined and electric oven. The flat is in the lovely new build area Cheswick Village with street parking.
Great transport link:
- Rail the nearest train station is Filton Abbey Wood (roughly 10 min walk)
- Bus routes well connected and frequent being so close to UWE (M4, 70, 72, 73 & 24) stops are 5 min walk away
- Car access is fantastic very close to the M32 (city centre is 4 miles away) and the A4174 ring road links onto M4/5 quickly
- Walking and Cycling there are dedicated cycle and walking paths connected to the area
The flat is in an ideal work/study location too being:
- Walkable distance (5-15 mins) to UWE, MoD, nearby Stoke Bishop offices
- Short commute (5-15 mins bike/car/bus) to Filton's Aerospace cluster (Airbus, Roll-Royce, BAE etc), Retail parks Cribbs and Filton Abbey Wood
- Easy commute (15-35 mins train/bus/car) to City Centre & NHS Trusts like Southmead Hospital
I am a tidy NHS professional working 9-5 between home and the office, so would need the flat to be fairly quiet during working weekday hours. I'm looking for someone kind and respectful who is looking to live in a more homely space. No references required but would need to see proof of identity & Right to Rent along with proof of employment/payslips.
