Hi, I am looking for a female lodger from 31st February 2026 for a 3 month minimum to long term This is is a great area to live, plenty of eateries and coffee shops on doorstep. Lots of green areas. Close to MOD, UWE and bus routes. Off street parking WI-FI and bills all included. The house is chilled, plenty of space, and nicely decorated. I’m looking for a female who is tidy , polite and easy going. This isn’t really a student house, more a family home, with myself and 19 year old who is at college.
