Double room available in a friendly, relaxed house in North Bristol, with my sociable cat, Hughie!

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person who wants more than just a room to rent. It would be lovely to find someone who is happy to occasionally have a coffee downstairs, watch a film or have a chat, while also being respectful of each other’s privacy and having their own space.

The room has a desk, so it’s also suitable for working from home. I work full-time in the NHS, usually spending around three days a week in the office and a couple of days working from home, so the house has a good balance of being lived-in and having some quiet time.

The house is in a nice, convenient area of North Bristol, with easy access to UWE, Bristol Parkway and the MOD.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and considerate, and who would enjoy being part of a home rather than simply having somewhere to sleep.
