We are all currently students. The house has a downstairs toilet and utilities room, a very large garden and patio, a cosy living room and a fully fitted kitchen. It is in a great area with a Tesco Express, Bargain Booze, Tattoo and Piercing Shop, Barbers, Restaurant and Kebab Shop all within 2 minutes walk. There is also a bus stop for the 70 and 74 around the corner and another bus stop for the 75 and 76 only 5 minutes away. Additionally, there is also another stop for the 24 buses the same distance.
