We are two chill and friendly students of economics and mechanical engineering who are looking for somebody to fill up our spare bedroom. Our other housemate has had to exit the tenancy agreement and we are in need of a new tenant as soon as possible. This is for a single room in our house with access to all of the communal areas. This house has been newly refurbished and make the effort to keep everything neat and tidy.
