Hey Hey, I'm Ray and I have one double room available at a 6 bed house in Filton. Looking for someone to move in by the 14th of January.
The house is a 20minute walk away from UWE Frenchay campus, 5 minute walk away from Filton station, and is roughly 30-40minute journey to city centre.
The rent is 700p/m, including bills, cleaner and gardener. We have a house cat called Speed-Bump, who is really friendly and super chill. There is 5 of us in the house already, all attending UWE but studying different courses. We are all creative people and super friendly, and down for a chill time.
