Hello!

We are Amy and Kinga🙂 Looking for someone to take over our current house mates tenancy. We are both 32 and are studying at Bristol Dental School 🦷

Our house is in Lockleaze, Bristol in a lovely quiet estate with a shop, cafe and Stoke Park all within walking distance. It is also a 12 minute walk to UWE Filton Campus!

The room available is furnished with a double bed and desk & chair. It also has a closet with plenty of storage.

Shared upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Shared kitchen with storage and we have 2 fridges too☺️

There is a communal dining room table and chairs and also a garden which has a table and chairs too🪴

Plenty of parking around the estate but it is permitted, but if you have a car we are happy to split this as we both have cars too🚗

£750 per month for rent and unlimited bills are £111 per month too

This is a student property so ideally looking for another student buuut if you’re not we can check this with the landlord too!

We also occasionally might have dogs in the house too if we have no one to look after them at home, but they are both very well behaved and won’t go in your room!🐶

We are looking for someone clean and chill☺️ We’re not wanting a party house at all but would be nice to do things all together too!

Tenancy is from 1st September 2026 to June 2027
