The house is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from UWE Frenchay Campus, making it ideal for students wanting to be close to uni.

The room is £625 per month, with bills paid separately at £95, and the tenancy runs until 30th June.

You’ll be sharing with four other girls, and we’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing who would enjoy living in a sociable student house whilst also respecting everyone’s space.
