I am looking for a replacement tenant. It is a cluster flat with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living area, only a 10 minute walk from Frenchay campus. It is £750 per months, bills and wifi included. Cleaners come every two weeks to clean the cluster flat. The property also has a common area and is close to many amenities.
I need someone to move in any time in either now or December or beginning of January 2025.
The room has a double bed with plenty storage space under the bed, study table, closet.
The flat also has a small room for extra storage, if you have many suitcases.
The end contract date is fixed and it’s until August 2025
