Hii I have a spare room available in a 5 bedroom house just off the Gloucester road in Horfield.
Room is spacious with lots of storage. Bathroom is shared with one other and kitchen is shared.
The other tenants are all final year UWE students and lovely lovely people. Very easy to live with. Rent is paid quarterly in line with student finance. It comes to about £700 a month. Bills are separate and will be paid by me till the end of the tenancy. Looking for someone to move in by January at the latest. Rent is paid for until then, if you were to move in earlier you wouldn’t be expected to pay rent till 01/01/26.
House is in the perfect location, top of G road lots of shops and bars. On street parking available.

- The house is on Rudthorpe Road in Horfield - just off Gloucester Road. Ashley down Train station is 10 minute walk, Lidl and Aldi both 5-10 minute and lots of bars and shops and restaurants nearby.
- 2 payments left on the rent one in January and one in April. I’ve paid the rent up till then so you wouldn’t be expected to pay for November and December if you were to move in earlier than January. Deposit is £650. Bills are £80 but I will continue to pay these monthly till the end of the tenancy which in end of June.
- there’s 4 others in the house. 2 boys 1 girl. All final year UWE students. 2 do music. Other 2 do law. Very lovely and easy to get on with. They like music, cinema, pub, but aren’t big on going out and are very respectful of each others space and time to themselves.
- the landlord is quick to fix or respond to anything about the house. We’ve had a brand new washing machine and dryer put in and the bathroom I use which is shared with one other is brand new very modern and clean.
- the room is big very spacious and lots of great storage plenty for clothes!

To secure the room send me your email so the landlord can send over a form, then all there is to do is check the inventory and then the deposit is payed directly to me and I send confirmation of it to the landlord. This secures the property. The deposits from us are put in a deposit box, which are returned back when the tenancy ends. It’s paid to the lead tenant who is lovely - she takes all the rent payments too and sends it to the landlord.

The room is available to move into whenever all that’s done!
