Would you like moving in to a really nice and comfortable house of really cool female Post Graduate students.

It’s 500 GBP per month with bills and JULY will be completely FREE.

I am moving to another city for a job and looking for a female student to take over the tenancy.

Property - One bed room ( fully furnished) in a five bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

Expected move in date - 11/4/26 ( earlier or later is ok)

Post code - BS16 1TL ( 5 minute walk to UWE Glenside campus , 20 minutes to the city centre by bus, very convenient public transport on all times)

All other tenants are PHD students who love cooking, traveling and respect to each other well.

Fees - 500 GBP per month including bills ( you can renew the contract on August)

Month of JULY will be FREE as company standards.
