Hi! At short notice I am away with work from Friday 21st June so I'm looking to rent out my place
Looking for £200 per week all bills included.
It's a nice one bedroom studio apartment property (mezzanine bedroom) which is in a nice community courtyard setting (Bristol Community Land Trust) and right next to Eastville Park. BS5 6QG
All normal appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and WiFi. No TV.
I'll need to be able to pop in occassionally to collect and drop things off but otherwise you'll have the fully furnished place to yourself.
Looking for someone who can be respectful of our community setting, is trustworthy and can keep my house plants alive! Thanks!
