I am offering the option to rent one of two rooms in my home as a live in landlord, each with distinct features and price points:

1. **Large Room with En-Suite**:
£660 per month - This spacious room includes a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing convenience and privacy.

2. **Cozy Room with Private Bathroom**:

£580 per month - This comfortable room comes with a communal bathroom that includes a bath and basin. Please note, there is no shower in this bathroom, which may not suit everyone’s preferences, hence the lower rent.
