This one bed studio apartment is totally self contained, with toilet and shower room, washer drier, living room area and kitchenette. It’s tucked away down the drive behind the house with its own separate entrance and is nice and quiet. The apartment has its own yard area with table and chairs and room to grow flowers or veg. On the other side there are large windows overlooking community allotments which is great for nature watching. There are families of foxes who are often around.

In the main house is me the landlord, 40 year old woman who loves animals, nature, singing, and cooking, although we have our own entrances, so we would just be neighbours. I’m looking for a quiet and tidy person who will look after the space.

I have lived in the cabin myself for the past five years and I absolutely love it in there.

I have two beautiful cats who will be out and about in the garden and the yard and who have lived with me in the cabin for the past five years, so they might come and hang out in your yard. Hopefully whoever takes the room will be a cat lover who is up for saying hello to them when they pass through.

I’ll be doing viewings this Friday and Saturday, because then I’m away for two weeks, so ideally I’d like to fill it asap!
