We are the BIG FAT HOUSE, looking for a new housemate for our home in Horfield.

We're a 6 person house share with a cosy, conscious, communal vibe. Current housemates are between the ages of 25-35 with a range of interests, but there tends to be a creative streak in everyone who lives here!

The room is guaranteed for 2 months, with the possibility to stay longer. The property’s tenancy situation may change later this year, so we’re looking for someone happy with a short-term or flexible arrangement.

The house has a spacious kitchen, a big living room with a piano, and a large sunny garden with space for veg growing, outdoor seating and a firepit.

We have regular house meetings and share out tasks like cleaning, admin, shopping, DIY, gardening or whatever else you want to contribute.

From time to time, we cook meals for each other, have music jams or go for adventures, and we are always open to new ideas

We have a beautiful cat living with us 🐈

We value self-awareness, and open communication, for everyone to help keep our home tidy and supportive of our individual and collective needs. There are people in the house in addiction recovery so a sober lifestyle is also important to us.

A housemate with a mostly vegetarian diet would be preferred.
