I have a bright and spacious double room available in my modern new-build 2 bed flat. All bills included.

The room currently has a double bed and wardrobe, and I’m happy to discuss furniture arrangements depending on your needs—whether you have your own furniture or would prefer additional items provided. There’s flexibility to reposition the bed in a few different ways to make the most of the space.

The flat itself is light, warm, and welcoming, with large windows throughout and excellent insulation, so it stays cosy in winter. It includes:

• Entrance vestibule with space for coats and shoes
• Large open-plan living / kitchen area
• Utility room with plenty of extra storage
• Bathroom
• Two bedrooms

I’m still in the process of adding a few more furnishings, but the flat is already fully equipped with everything you’d need day-to-day.

Bike storage at the rear of the building or at the bottom of the stairs (that’s where my bike is). It takes 2 minutes through the park to reach the Bristol-Bath cycle path for commuting or days out.

Directly on 2 bus routes and 5 minutes walk to another, all going to the centre. Fishpond’s high street is only 10 minutes away with supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The is a Tesco Extra across the road for when we run out of milk and plenty of parts and nature reserves close by.

A little about me: I work in the city centre and usually do fairly long hours, so the flat is generally quiet during the week. At weekends I’m often out cycling, going for long walks, or occasionally heading to the pub. I enjoy cooking and am happy to share meals sometimes.

I’m ideally looking for someone easy-going and respectful who I can get along with, as it’ll just be the two of us. Equally, I understand and respect personal space if you prefer to keep to yourself.
