Comfy double bed with views out over the trees of the park.

Easy access to the city centre, either by bus (10mins), walk (45mins), or cycle (10mins) and lots of easy car parking at the front of the house.

Plenty of storage in the loft for extra things if needed.

You'll be sharing the house with me. My partner is away with work for the summer and I'll be away visiting frequently so you'll have the house to yourself a lot.
