Hello!

Am looking for a new housemate to join me in my two bed home in St George from mid-October.

The house is a lil plant-filled terrace, with a nice bright kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a small garden that gets the sun through a lot of the day (currently swamped by tomatoes). Your room would be a big double, part furnished - bed, mattress, and chest of drawers included.

It’s £610 a month all in, with a £300 deposit (DPS). DSS accepted.

The house is less than 10 minutes from St George’s Park and Trooper’s Hill, such a peaceful area, and an easy downhill roll into town.

A bit about me - I’m 31, a journalist, and spend a lot of time outdoors (climbing, swimming, on my bike). I love a gig and seeing pals, sometimes having people round for dinner etc., but am generally quite calm at home.

Queer and veggie/vegan-friendly! Pets so welcome.
