I’m a 38-year-old professional female looking for someone to rent my spare room in my lovely home.
The room is bright and comfortable, with a lovely view over the garden. The house is in a quiet residential area, well positioned between Fishponds, St George and Whitehall, and close to the South Gloucestershire border.
The location is really convenient, with easy access to bus routes into Bristol City Centre and Temple Meads, as well as links towards the Ring Road. It’s also around a 10-minute drive to the motorway, making it ideal for commuters.
I’m a pretty chilled, friendly and easy-going person. I work partly from home and partly out of the house, so I’m around at times but also have a busy life outside of the home. When I’m here, I enjoy having a relaxed space where I can unwind.
I’m looking for someone who is independent, considerate and respectful of a shared home. I’m sociable and happy to have a chat, but I’m not looking for a party household - I’d love to find someone who appreciates a calm, clean and comfortable environment.
There is shared use of the kitchen and occasional use of the living room. Ideally, I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and happy doing their own thing, while still being friendly and approachable.
