Hello, we are looking for someone to join our calm and friendly house :)

Location:
The house is in Greenbank, Easton. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and green spaces all within walking distance. There is free on street parking as well as great transport links (buses, train and cycle path). Council tax B.

The house:
A spacious 3 bed house, with shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and a South East facing garden. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine and unlimited broadband connection. We plan to have a cleaner twice a month.

It’s not a party house but we like to keep a relaxed and easy going vibe.

The room + rent:
The room is on the second floor & gets lots of light/sunshine. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers, and shelf. As it comes furnished, the room is less suited for someone who has a lot of their own furniture. The rent is £775 inclusive of bills (water, council tax, gas & electric, internet, cleaner, basic household supplies)

About us:
We are a couple in our early 30s, with a pet cat who is very chilled. We are a considerate household and we like to keep things peaceful & tidy.

About you:
You’d ideally be working Mon-Fri 9-5 & not WFH. We could consider a couple and would discuss alternative rent cost.
