access to a garden and within walking distance of the local high street, with plenty of bus routes running through the area leading to the city centre.

I am looking for either a male or a female, either working or a student.

The residents of the house currently are me, my 21-year-old son, a Bengal kitten, and a small turtoise.

So it's a family home, but the house is big enough to have your own peace, even with everyone home
