I live on the edge of St George/Speedwell and I’m looking for a lodger. The room has a double bed and a built in wardrobe with sliding mirror door and some shelving. The bathroom would be mostly for your use as I have an en-suite, although I do have the occasional bath in there as the en suite only has a shower.
There is a garden, a parking space and possibly room for a bike in the hallway if I can get rid of the one that’s been abandoned here 😅.
On the ground floor there is a lounge which I usually hang out in in the evening after work. You are welcome to hang around in the lounge if you’d like. If you want to watch a film, TV, craft, read etc. it is a pleasant space to sit and relax. If you prefer to be in your room that is perfectly fine. There is a kitchen with hobs, oven, grill, a dishwasher and washing machine.
I keep a tidy house and I am looking for someone neat and tidy that knows how to clean up after themselves and treat everything with care and respect.
I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and ideally I’m looking for someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m neurodivergent, I love music, gigs, nights out, activism, movies, board games, and I’m pretty nerdy.
I foster cats every now and then so they will be around and generally use the spare room/wfh office for their stuff. I think I might have two cats coming soon so they may be here when you move in 😅.
My partner also comes to stay most weekends and occasionally I go to their house, they are non-binary 😊.
