i’m looking for a housemate to share a lovely furnished 2-bed home with me from 1st October. the house is in fishponds, opposite ridgeway playing fields, with on-street parking, a couple mins from the cycle path & comes with a shared allotment you’d be very welcome to be part of.

the rent & all bills are paid in a lump together to the owners (£750 each a month) plus a the same amount deposit. the house is owned by friends & we have a rental agreement that runs until the end of March when the lease will become a rolling tenancy with a 2-month notice period if they decide to come back from their travels. we can give 2-months notice to move out at any time so it is slightly different to a normal tenancy

a bit about me - i’m fi (27), i work as a veg grower 4 days a week so i’m out of the house early on those days & bring home lots of veggies! otherwise i’m often out n about foraging or nesting at home making herbal medicines, cooking or weaving🐌

i’m looking for a kind and considerate person & good communicator who is looking to share a home, rather than simply a room. this might look like shared meals when our schedules align but ultimately someone who is down for making some agreements about how we want to share the home as it would just be the two of us! if this sounds like it could be you please drop me a message or share this message around, i’d love to meet you & for you to see the home🐛
