Hello!

We're a group of 5 living in Easton (right off stapleton road train station/St Mark's Road). We’ve all lived together in this building for about a year but some of us have known each other for longer (I’m a mid-new spare room find).

We're a pretty social house from a mix of backgrounds and nationalities (Australia, New Zealand, Spain and England). We'd like to find someone who gels but will mostly get on with anyone :)

Probably female preferred just to keep the gender divide balanced though it’s not a hard limit. Please be reasonably clean and tidy, not a murderer, etc etc.

The room is ground floor, decently sized with good incoming lighting. Bills are split equally in the region of 80 quid a month. The house is unfurnished but we've sorted all the shared space stuff and can help with sourcing any extras.
