Lovely large light downstairs room available in friendly home, with shared kitchen, living room and upstairs bathroom. Available for one person, no couples sorry.

The room is unfurnished but my current lodger is selling her double bed & mattress if u want it & I can provide a wardrobe & chair if needed.

I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy, easy going and respectful person to share my home.

I am a silversmith and textile artist working from home.

I enjoy listening and dancing to roots reggae, drum & bass and west african music. I also spend a lot of time at festivals or in a field in the summer. I absolutely love being outside walking & by the sea, I enjoy being creative & making things: sewing, pottery, woodwork, painting, baking anything I can get my hands into. Going out & dancing to great music is one of my best things but I don’t get to do that enough so I have also recently got into training which I hate/love 🤣!

You would be sharing with me and my 2 children: my 13 year old son who’s super into animals & a very kind & friendly chap and my 9 year old daughter who loves to sing & be creative.

We have 2 friendly cats

My partner also stays at the house sometimes & she has 2 small friendly dogs.

Rent is £700pcm. All bills/wifi are included.

There are local shops with everything you need and bus to center (no. 6) within 1 min walk. Also very close to bristol-bath cyclepath (20mins on bike to centre).
15 mins walk from Aldi, Morrisons and Lidl on fishponds road!
