We're renting out a double bedroom in our recently refurbished 2-bed flat in St George, Bristol. All bills are included in one price.

We've recently finished the flat to a high standard, with a new layout, brand new kitchen, new flooring and carpets and a fresh colour scheme. It feels warm, homely and well looked after. Visitors regularly compliment it, and we love living here.

The set-up:

We're only there at weekends for now, as we work away. So you'll have the place to yourself all week. That suits someone who works from home or just wants a quiet, calm base. We plan to move back in early 2027 before we go travelling again, and we'd love someone to stay here long-term and make it their home too!

The flat:

- Good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage
- Brand new kitchen with dishwasher and waste disposal unit
- Living room with a large wall-mounted TV
- Private garden and a small shed for storage
- The room is painted in my company colours as it used to be my office, but you can choose a colour and I'll paint it before you move in

Please note:

This is a lodger arrangement, so you'd be renting a room with a simple lodger agreement rather than a standard tenancy. Notice periods are more flexible for you, and we're happy to talk it through at a viewing.

Who we're looking for:

A tidy, considerate professional or remote worker who wants a quiet, homely place to live. We're easy-going and happy to give you space. Cat lovers are especially welcome. Sorry, no dogs.

From Somerset but lived in Bristol for 10 years.
We travel a lot and both surf so we are always off on adventures.
We both work full time in Marketing/Business.
We are very social and have lots of friends in Bristol if you need the place to yourself.
