The room is fully furnished- bed, mattress and walk in wardrobe.
The house is super close to the bike bath, bus at the end of the road into town and has on street parking.
We are looking for someone who is a professional or a mature student.
It's £850 including all bills which also includes a fortnightly cleaner with a £500 deposit kept in DPS.
We have a cat called Stevie who is super friendly.
We enjoy rugby, movies, food and a good night out with the odd brunch/BBQ at home with friends.
Things to note about the current housemates.
We (Tom and I) are in the process of splitting our time between Bristol and Winchester. This should be in place by mid September.
The other housemate works in events but Monday to Friday.
