A good-sized, well-presented double room is available from 28 October in my home in Greenbank, Easton.

The room is fully furnished. You would be sharing the house with me, my daughter, one other lodger, a dog and three cats, so being comfortable around animals is essential. The two lodgers share the first-floor bathroom; my daughter and I use a separate bathroom upstairs.

The house is close to the independent food shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants around St Mark’s Road, with lovely parks, walks and creative spaces nearby. There are good transport connections, including Stapleton Road station, local bus routes, the Bristol to Bath cycle path and access to the M32.

Rent is £680 per calendar month, including bills.

The room could suit a working professional or a mature or international student, but I’m open to anyone who feels they would be a good fit for the household.

Single occupancy only. Unfortunately, there’s no room for additional pets.
