Furnished small room in our lovely shared home available - BS7. You’ll be sharing with two young people (20s) and 2 cats. Fairly easy going household with expectation that we all clear up after ourselves and join in with cleaning home, recycling and generally taking care of it etc. Full use of large kitchen/diner, bathroom plus additional loo and large garden. Quiet neighbourhood. We are looking for someone who wants to stay for a year or more. We are an LGBTQ+ ally home.
Rent £400/month +bills, deposit £400. Bills approx £80-120 (summer/winter).
